Upload drivers (Excel)
Use sheet MST_DRIVERS with columns DRV_ID, DRV_NAME, DRV_PHONE. Each row creates an active driver with username and phone from the mobile number (at least 10 digits), empty email, and no password (OTP login). One branch is assigned here; add more branches later in User Management (super admin).
